So What Isn’t Covered?

  1. Any additional custom features or functionality that would require our developers are possible – but extra. Contact your Account Manager to set up an estimate for your specific needs (or to see if it’s on our product development road map already).
  2. Creation of original course material using some content authoring tool.
  3. Management and update of existing course content. Again, something to talk to your Account Manager about.
  4. Managing payment related inquiries from your learners – we just handle functionality questions.
  5. Classroom moderation. While we can set up and manage classroom activity beforehand, we don’t participate.
