Q. What do you mean by active learners?
For a particular month, an active learner is the learner who logged in to your account at least once. We count these learners as active
learners. If they are not active, your account will not be billed for these users.
Q. What do you mean by registered learners?
The registered learners are the total number of learner accounts present in your LMS at any time. You can get unlimited registered learners in any PRO plan of ScholarLMS.
Q. While signing up, how can I estimate my active learners in a month?
As per our experience, usually an institution records 10-25% of their registered learners as active learners. The older your account gets the lower this percentage goes. For example, if you have 1,000 registered learners then your account may end up having 250 active learners in a month. Estimating active learners will help you to make a decision on which plan is the best to start with.
Q. What is an online classroom feature?
ScholarLMS Online Classroom is a web conferencing system for Instructor-led training. One or more teachers can take face to face classes with the students, optionally record and use that as course material. Try online classroom demo!
