Course tracking is a feature within ScholarLMS that allows a user to generate course specific tickets in order to get support from the system administrator or the course facilitator.
This feature is special because these are not general support tickets but tickets specific to a particular course/section. So the facilitator or admin can rapidly solve this and make the course/program better for not just that student but also for all future learners who access this program.
But what if I cannot resolve it instantly?
The tracker feature allows you to assign various flags to the ticket such as resolved, in process, pending, abandoned etc. This way if you are unable to work on a certain ticket in the immediate, you can easily manage these tickets and prioritize your resources. Hence, making your course management and tracking a breeze.
