Feedback

Gathering feedback on your courses from your actual learners is one of the most effective ways to improve your course and make it even more effective for those who are using it. That is why, feedback is a feature that is built into your LMS platform by default.

You have the option of using the default feedback template provided within the LMS or you can create your own set of questions in order to gather feedback from your users. You can decide who can provide feedback and at what stage of the course. The responses are captured in an easy to use and interpret database that you can use to make informed decisions about the courses that you are offering.

But I do not want to gather feedback for all my courses. Is this a mandatory feature?

Of course not. As with all modules of the LMS, the feedback module is also an optional component. However, in our experience, this is a vital piece of the jigsaw puzzle and our clients have deeply benefited from the feedback received from the users.
